壹、橋(qiao)架防護層
1、 Bridge protection layer
熱浸(jin)鋅(xin)橋(qiao)架:
Hot dip galvanized bridge:
1)熱浸鍍鋅(xin)橋(qiao)架鍍層表面(mian)應均(jun)勻(yun),無毛刺、過燒、掛灰(hui)、傷痕、局部未鍍鋅(xin)。不(bu)得(de)有影(ying)響(xiang)安(an)裝的鋅(xin)瘤
1) The surface of the hot-dip galvanized bridge coating should be uniform, free of burrs, overburning, dust hanging, scars, and partial lack of galvanizing. There shall be no zinc nodules that may affect installation
2)熱浸鋅(xin)鍍鋅(xin)層厚(hou)度(du):平(ping)均(jun)值≥65微米,螺(luo)絲、螺(luo)帽、墊片(pian)≥20微米
2) Hot dip galvanized layer thickness: average ≥ 65 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 20 microns

Inner side of the cable tray: The inner side of the cable tray should be flat and smooth, without any protrusions or sharp corners that damage the cable insulation. The height of the end burrs should not exceed 0.1mm

膨脹螺(luo)絲使用(yong)條件:套(tao)管加(jia)強(qiang)型膨脹(zhang)螺(luo)栓用(yong)於(yu)載荷(he)較(jiao)大(da)或有(you)震(zhen)動(dong)的(de)固(gu)定支架及設備與(yu)水(shui)泥墻面(mian)的固(gu)定。錐帽(mao)型膨脹(zhang)螺(luo)栓用(yong)於(yu)輕(qing)型支架及設備與(yu)水(shui)泥墻面(mian)的固(gu)定
Conditions for use of expansion screws: Sleeve reinforced expansion bolts are used for fixing brackets and equipment with large loads or vibrations to cement walls. Cone cap expansion bolts are used for fixing lightweight supports and equipment to cement walls

The distance between the position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure: The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should not be less than 8 times the aperture, and the distance between the expansion bolts should not be less than 10 times the aperture

5、 Bracket fabrication and installation
支架鋼材:支架所用(yong)鋼材應平(ping)直(zhi)無彎曲、扭曲變形(xing)。下料後長(chang)短偏(pian)差應(ying)在(zai)3mm範圍內(nei),切(qie)口(kou)處應(ying)無卷邊、毛刺,尖銳(rui)角應(ying)打(da)磨(mo)成(cheng)圓(yuan)角
Bracket steel: The steel used for the bracket should be straight without bending or twisting deformation. After cutting, the length deviation should be within 3mm, and there should be no curled edges or burrs at the incision. Sharp corners should be polished into rounded corners
支架焊接焊縫:支架焊接焊縫應均(jun)勻(yun)、飽滿(man)、平(ping)整,無明顯變(bian)形(xing),焊接牢固(gu),焊角高(gao)度(du)5mm,焊縫長(chang)度(du)符合(he)要求(qiu)。不(bu)得(de)出(chu)現裂(lie)紋、咬(yao)邊、氣(qi)孔、凹陷、漏焊等(deng)缺(que)陷。焊接厚(hou)度(du)超(chao)過(guo)4mm的(de)支架應打(da)坡口(kou)
Bracket welding seam: The bracket welding seam should be uniform, full, flat, without obvious deformation, firmly welded, with a welding angle height of 5mm and a welding seam length that meets the requirements. There shall be no defects such as cracks, undercutting, porosity, dents, or solder leaks. Supports with welding thickness exceeding 4mm should be chamfered

絲桿(gan)選(xuan)擇:400mm及以(yi)下(xia)橋(qiao)架,絲桿(gan)≥10mm,600mm及(ji)以(yi)下(xia)橋(qiao)架,絲桿(gan)≥12mm,1000mm及(ji)以(yi)下(xia)橋(qiao)架,絲桿(gan)≥14mm
Wire rod selection: 400mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 10mm, 600mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 12mm, 1000mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 14mm
絲(si)桿(gan)安(an)裝:長(chang)絲吊(diao)桿(gan),應(ying)與(yu)地(di)面垂直(zhi)。橫擔(dan)應(ying)水(shui)平(ping)、支架、橫擔(dan)、角鋼外(wai)沿棱角部分,應打(da)磨(mo)成(cheng)園(yuan)角補(bu)刷(shua)防銹漆(qi)及(ji)面(mian)漆(qi)

支、吊(diao)架間(jian)距(ju):支吊(diao)架間(jian)距(ju):寬度(du)小(xiao)於(yu)800mm的橋(qiao)架,支吊(diao)架間(jian)距(ju)為2m,寬(kuan)度(du)等(deng)於大(da)於800mm,支吊(diao)架間(jian)距(ju)為1.5米
Spacing between supports and hangers: For bridge trays with a width less than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 2m. For bridges with a width equal to or greater than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 1.5m
在(zai)走向(xiang)改變(bian)處(chu)增(zeng)加(jia)支、吊(diao)架:在(zai)距(ju)三通、彎頭(tou)、變高(gao)彎(wan)上下500mm處增加(jia)支、吊(diao)架

The distance between the bridge and other pipelines: the net distance between the bridge and general process pipelines is 0.4m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m, the net distance between the bridge and flammable and explosive gas pipelines is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and thermal pipelines is 0.5m, and the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m

9、 Self made bending of bridge frame
橋(qiao)架彎頭(tou)加(jia)工(gong):橋(qiao)架彎頭(tou)加(jia)工(gong),邦彎(wan)圓(yuan)或折(zhe)邊(bian)折(zhe)彎(wan)加(jia)工(gong)處,邦(bang)與(yu)底(di)應(ying)平(ping)齊,無變形(xing)、開裂(lie)、縫隙(xi)過大(da)。加(jia)工(gong)後對角線(xian)允許(xu)偏(pian)差±2mm
Bridge bend processing: For bridge bend processing, the edges should be bent or folded, and the edges should be level with the bottom, without deformation, cracking, or excessive gaps. The allowable deviation of the diagonal after processing is ± 2mm

Self made horizontal or vertical 90 degree cable tray: When the curved cable tray is self made with a horizontal or vertical 90 degree bend, the overall appearance is neat and beautiful.
