山東電(dian)纜(lan)橋架的(de)安(an)裝要求
1、根據(ju)橋架的(de)平面布(bu)置,各(ge)層(ceng)標高(gao)及(ji)橋(qiao)架進(jin)出(chu)建築(zhu)物(wu)的中(zhong)心坐(zuo)標(biao)進(jin)行(xing)定(ding)位(wei)劃(hua)線(xian),也可采用(yong)粉(fen)線(xian)或細鐵(tie)線。
1. According to the layout of the bridge frame, the elevation of each floor and the center coordinates of the bridge frame entering and exiting the building can be positioned and marked, and powder lines or fine iron lines can also be used.
2、如(ru)果(guo)廠(chang)家(jia)未(wei)提(ti)供(gong)立(li)柱及(ji)托(tuo)臂成(cheng)品,可根據(ju)設計要求現(xian)場(chang)制作或(huo)預(yu)制,制作時(shi)應將材料(liao)矯(jiao)正(zheng)平直(zhi),下(xia)料(liao)誤差在5mm範圍(wei)內(nei),切(qie)口(kou)處(chu)不應(ying)有(you)卷(juan)邊(bian)和毛刺(ci)。制作好(hao)的支(zhi)架應(ying)牢(lao)固、平整、尺(chi)寸準(zhun)確(que),並(bing)按(an)設(she)計要求塗(tu)刷(shua)防(fang)腐(fu)漆(qi)。
2. If the manufacturer does not provide finished columns and support arms, they can be made on site or prefabricated according to design requirements. 4. When fixing columns and support arms on concrete, it is easy to use embedded bolts or expansion bolts for fixation. The selection of expansion bolts should meet the strength and design requirements of bridge installation.
5、在(zai)不(bu)允許(xu)焊(han)接支(zhi)架的(de)工(gong)藝管(guan)道上(shang)及其(qi)他(ta)場合應采(cai)用(yong)“U”型卡(ka)子、雙(shuang)頭(tou)螺(luo)栓(shuan)、圓鋼(gang)吊(diao)桿(gan)或抱(bao)箍(gu)固定(ding)。
5. U-shaped clips, double headed bolts, round steel hangers or clamps should be used for fixing on process pipelines and other occasions where welding brackets is not allowed.
6、各支(zhi)架的(de)同(tong)層(ceng)橫檔應在(zai)同(tong)壹(yi)平面上(shang),其高(gao)低偏(pian)差(cha)不(bu)應大於5mm,托(tuo)臂、支(zhi)吊(diao)架沿(yan)橋架走(zou)向左(zuo)右(you)偏(pian)差(cha)不(bu)應大於10mm。
6. The same level crossbar of each bracket should be on the same plane, with a height deviation of no more than 5mm. The deviation of the support arm and hanger along the direction of the bridge should not exceed 10mm.
7、水平安裝(zhuang)電纜(lan)橋架的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)支(zhi)架或(huo)托(tuo)臂間(jian)距(ju)應(ying)滿足(zu)設(she)計要求,當無設計要求時(shi),間(jian)距(ju)宜(yi)為2m,在(zai)轉(zhuan)彎(wan)處(chu)、終端(duan)處(chu)及其(qi)他(ta)重要的位(wei)置(zhi)可適當減(jian)小(xiao)間(jian)距(ju);垂(chui)直(zhi)安裝時(shi)可適當增(zeng)大間距(ju)。彎(wan)通(tong)、三(san)通(tong)處(chu)應按(an)設(she)計或橋(qiao)架樣(yang)本(ben)增(zeng)加加(jia)強(qiang)支(zhi)架。
7. The spacing between metal brackets or support arms for horizontally installed cable trays should meet the design requirements. When there are no design requirements, the spacing should be 2m. The spacing can be appropriately reduced at turns, terminals, and other important positions; When installed vertically, the spacing can be appropriately increased. At bends and tees, reinforced brackets should be added according to the design or bridge samples.
8、電(dian)纜(lan)橋架的(de)安(an)裝程序是先(xian)主(zhu)線,後(hou)分(fen)支(zhi)線(xian);先(xian)將彎通(tong)、三(san)通(tong)和(he)大小(xiao)頭(tou)定(ding)位(wei)後(hou),再(zai)進(jin)行(xing)直(zhi)線段的(de)安裝。

9、預(yu)制橋架應(ying)采(cai)用機(ji)械切(qie)割、鉆孔。制作好(hao)的橋(qiao)架應(ying)平整,內(nei)部(bu)光(guang)潔、無毛刺(ci)。預(yu)制多層(ceng)橋架時(shi),彎(wan)曲部(bu)分(fen)弧(hu)度應壹(yi)致,層(ceng)間間(jian)距(ju)均勻(yun),誤差允許(xu)±3mm。
9. Prefabricated cable trays should be mechanically cut and drilled. The fabricated bridge should be flat, with a smooth interior and no burrs. When prefabricating multi-layer cable trays, the curvature of the bent parts should be consistent, the spacing between layers should be uniform, and the allowable error is ± 3mm.
10、橋(qiao)架在(zai)每(mei)個支(zhi)架上(shang)的(de)固定(ding)應牢(lao)固,橋架內(nei)、外(wai)連接板(ban)應齊全,連接板(ban)的螺(luo)栓(shuan)應緊固,螺(luo)母應位(wei)於橋架的(de)外(wai)側。
10. The fixation of the bridge on each bracket should be firm, the internal and external connection plates of the bridge should be complete, the bolts of the connection plates should be tightened, and the nuts should be located on the outside of the bridge.
11、電纜(lan)橋架的(de)層(ceng)間允(yun)許(xu)小(xiao)距(ju)離(li)當無設計要求時(shi),可采用(yong)橋(qiao)架的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)高(gao)度加100mm,但(dan)層(ceng)間凈(jing)距(ju)不(bu)應小(xiao)於兩倍(bei)電(dian)纜(lan)外(wai)徑(jing)加10mm。35kV及(ji)以上(shang)高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)不應小(xiao)於兩倍(bei)電(dian)纜(lan)外(wai)徑(jing)加50mm。
11. When there are no design requirements, the minimum allowable distance between layers of cable trays can be increased by 100mm from the height of the tray shell, but the clear distance between layers should not be less than twice the maximum cable outer diameter plus 10mm. High voltage cables of 35kV and above should not be less than twice the maximum cable outer diameter plus 50mm.
12、電(dian)纜(lan)橋架上(shang)層(ceng)及下(xia)層(ceng)到樓(lou)板(ban)和地(di)面(mian)的(de)距(ju)離(li),當無設計要求時(shi),上(shang)層(ceng)不宜(yi)小(xiao)於350~450mm,下(xia)層(ceng)不宜(yi)小(xiao)於100~150mm。
12. When there are no design requirements, the distance from the top and bottom layers of the cable tray to the floor and ground should not be less than 350-450mm for the top layer and 100-150mm for the bottom layer.
13、合金橋(qiao)架在(zai)鋼(gang)制支(zhi)、吊(diao)架上(shang)固定(ding)時,應在接(jie)觸面處(chu)預(yu)先(xian)塗(tu)壹層(ceng)導(dao)電(dian)膏或(huo)中性(xing)凡士林(lin)油(you)。14、當直(zhi)線段鋼(gang)制電纜(lan)橋架超(chao)過30m,鋁(lv)合金或(huo)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)制電纜(lan)橋架超(chao)過15m時(shi),橋(qiao)架不(bu)宜(yi)直(zhi)接固定(ding)在支(zhi)架上(shang),應(ying)在支(zhi)架兩(liang)側焊接導(dao)向板(ban)或在(zai)橋(qiao)架內(nei)側焊接壓(ya)板(ban),使電纜(lan)橋架在(zai)導(dao)向板(ban)或壓(ya)板(ban)內(nei)能(neng)夠(gou)滑(hua)動自(zi)如(ru),橋架接(jie)口(kou)處(chu)應預(yu)留適當的(de)膨脹間隙。
13. When fixing alloy cable trays on steel supports and hangers, a layer of conductive paste or neutral Vaseline oil should be applied in advance at the contact surface. 14. When the straight steel cable tray exceeds 30m and the aluminum alloy or fiberglass cable tray exceeds 15m, the tray should not be directly fixed on the support. Adequate expansion gaps should be reserved at the interface of the tray.
15、電(dian)纜(lan)橋架轉(zhuan)彎(wan)處(chu)的轉(zhuan)彎(wan)半(ban)徑(jing),不應(ying)小(xiao)於該橋架上(shang)電(dian)纜(lan)小(xiao)允(yun)許(xu)彎(wan)曲半徑(jing)的值。
15. The turning radius at the turning point of the cable tray should not be less than the maximum allowable bending radius of the cable on the tray.
16、因(yin)受空(kong)間(jian)條(tiao)件(jian)限制不方(fang)便裝設(she)彎通(tong)或(huo)有(you)特(te)殊(shu)要求時(shi),可選(xuan)用軟接板(ban)、鉸接(jie)板(ban)。

17、需(xu)要在托(tuo)盤底、側板(ban)開保(bao)護(hu)管(guan)引出(chu)孔時(shi),應采(cai)用油壓開孔(kong)機(ji)或(huo)其(qi)他(ta)機械開孔(kong),不(bu)得(de)用(yong)電(dian)弧(hu)焊、氣焊(han)切(qie)割。開孔(kong)後(hou)邊(bian)緣應(ying)打磨(mo)光(guang)滑(hua),並(bing)采用(yong)合適的(de)橡(xiang)皮(pi)護(hu)圈保護(hu)電纜(lan)。梯架式電(dian)纜(lan)橋架不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)在(zai)側板(ban)上開孔(kong),保(bao)護(hu)管(guan)應(ying)采用(yong)特(te)殊卡(ka)件(jian)固定(ding)。
17. When it is necessary to open protective tube outlet holes on the bottom and side plates of the tray, hydraulic drilling machines or other mechanical drilling should be used, and arc welding or gas welding cutting should not be used. After opening, the edge should be polished smooth and a suitable rubber guard should be used to protect the cable. Ladder type cable trays are not allowed to have holes on the side panels, and protective pipes should be fixed with special clamps.
18、低壓(ya)電(dian)力(li)電纜(lan)與控制電纜(lan)共用同(tong)壹(yi)托(tuo)盤或梯(ti)架,以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)與低壓(ya)電(dian)纜(lan)共用同(tong)壹(yi)托(tuo)盤或梯(ti)架時(shi),相(xiang)互間(jian)宜設置隔板(ban),隔板(ban)應低於橋架高(gao)度。
18. When low-voltage power cables and control cables share the same tray or ladder, and high-voltage cables and low-voltage cables share the same tray or ladder, it is advisable to set up partitions between them, which should be lower than the height of the bridge.
19、不同(tong)種(zhong)類電(dian)纜(lan)所占(zhan)用的電(dian)纜(lan)橋架間(jian)隔(ge)寬度應符合設計要求,隔(ge)板(ban)固定(ding)應采用專(zhuan)用卡(ka)件(jian)。
